With thick fur and smaller ears to trap in heat, snow leopards are uniquely adapted to the mountains of Central Asia they call home. Unfortunately, this threatened species has come into conflict with local herders encroaching on their traditional range.

The Snow Leopard Trust works with locals to build a sustainable future that protects both the livestock and native species.
